Weighing a manager right now? The Second Read is a free second opinion on one emerging or first-time venture manager you are considering. It is for family offices, foundations, endowments, funds of funds and advisers.
What you receive
A short written read from Dr. Itzel Moncada covering whether the manager's plan holds together (fund size, number of companies, check size, ownership, reserves and team capacity), what the materials do and do not show, and the questions we would ask on your next call with them. It is a second opinion to inform your own judgment, not a recommendation to invest.
What we need
Your name, your organization, your email, the manager or fund name, and, if you have it, the deck or summary they shared with you. Anything you send is kept confidential and used only to prepare your read.

What happens next
